New Goshala project

Bhaktivedanta Swami Goshala needs your support for new goshala construction.

Srila Prabhupada has stressed in a number of occasions the importance of cow protection. Bhaktivedanta Swami Goshala has been established in 1975 with a purpose to preach and practically show the importance and usefulness of cow protection.

In continuing to fulfill this purpose, goshala has planned for a new project that creates a way for visitors going through the parikrama marg to enter the goshala. There will be a unit to demonstrate how bull power can be utilized in an efficient manner. Visitors can enter the cow & calf area through the reception area to feed the cows and to show care for them. They also get see the manufacturing unit where more than 20 medicines are made using panchagavya (cow urine, milk, Ghee, dung and yogurt) and ayurvedic herbs.

The design was made by AKS associates, New Delhi. The estimated cost of the project is 3.5 million (Indian) rupees. Interested can Kindly use the online donation link to fund the project.

• Front compound wall: Rs 1800 x 86 Mt = Rs 154.800
• Front building RCC structure, brick work: Rs 550 x 1800 SqFt = Rs 990.000
• Goshala structure with columns and RCC roof: Rs 450 x 5000 SqFt = Rs 2.250.000
• Total: Rs 3.400.000 (EUR 51.000; GBP 40.200; USD 79.200)
